Welcome to patientsathi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the patientsathi platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the patientsathi website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
patientsathi is a healthcare management platform that provides services for hospitals, doctors, receptionists, and patients. The Service enables users to manage medical records, schedule appointments, access medical reports, and communicate within the healthcare ecosystem. Hospitals can register for our service for an annual fee of ₹499 to access all platform features.
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify patientsathi immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by patientsathi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

Hospitals can register for our service by completing the registration process on our website and making a one-time annual payment of ₹499. Payment must be made to the UPI ID: 7643023707@kotak811. After payment, hospitals must upload a screenshot of the transaction for verification. Hospital registrations are subject to approval by our Super Admin team. We reserve the right to refuse any registration for any reason.
